The NBA's annual Holiday showcase will feature five classics throughout Christmas Day. Action starts at noon in Brooklyn as the Nets host the Bulls on ESPN. The season premiere of the NBA on ABC starts at 2:30 from Madison Square Garden as Kevin Durant and the Thunder take on the Knicks. That will be followed by the defending champions the Miami Heat (with LeBron James) at the Staples Center to take on Lakers (without Kobe Bryant). ESPN will finish the evening with a doubleheader starting with the lone star showdown between the Rockets and Spurs in San Antonio and Clippers against the Warriors at the Oracle.
The following night TNT will air its final telecast of 2013 as Memphis are in Houston, followed by the Clippers traveling further north to Portland. NBA TV will air four nights of simulcasts for the week including a terrific western division showdown between Houston and Oklahoma City on Sunday night.
