2014 World Cup Final Match

ABC and ESPN will air the epic conclusion of the 2014 World Cup featuring some of the most talented players in the world.  Germany, who dominated the host country Brazil, will compete in its eight WC final in its history vying for its fourth World Cup.  They will feature the tournaments most complete team, with two of the most prolific scorers of the tournament in legend Miroslav Klose and one of the most exciting  young star in the world Thomas Mueller.  They will take on Argentina, lead by the magnificent Lionel Messi looking to cement his legacy in leading the nation in its fifth finals appearance, last winning in 1986.  Ian Darke and Steve McManaman will have the call for the final game in Rio de Janeiro and will be joined by Jeremy Schapp as the reporter on the pitch.

Saturday, ESPN will air the Third Place contest between the semifinal winners as the host country Brazil will look for a consolation against last year's runner up, the Netherlands.
