NBA Opening Week Annoucer Schedule (UPDATE)


 

***The game has been postponed by New York's Mayor Michael Bloomberg, because of limited MTA transit availability due to the storm's damage.***

NBA opening week starts tonight despite the specter of Hurricane Sandy ravaging the northeast.
Thursdays Knicks-Nets opener is in jeopardy due to the storm.

TNT has coverage twice for opening week with the Celtics-Heat rivalry starting the season and the Mavericks and Lakers later tonight out west. Thurday night, the aforementioned Knicks-Nets opener may air, as well as Kevin Durant and the Thunder visit San Antonio.  The new NBA Countdown show with Jalen Rose and Bill Simmons premieres Friday night followed by LeBron James and the Heat visiting Madison Square Garden against the Knicks. followed by, the battle for Los Angeles as Clippers take on the Lakers.

Also, NBA's League Pass is
free thru November 6th.  Check  you local cable operator for availability.
