The final weekend* of college football before bowl season is headlined by the SEC Championship. The Georgia Bulldogs play a home game at the Georgia Dome against the Alabama Crimson tide, with the winner playing Notre Dame for the BCS Championship in January. Verne Lundquist and Gary Danielson get the game on CBS Saturday at 4. FOX has their top team of Gus Johnson and Charles Davis calling the Pac 12 Friday night and Big 10 championship Saturday. The winners of each will play in the Rose Bowl New Years Day. ESPN & ABC have championship (Conference USA & ACC) and conference games (Big 12 & Big East) that will determine the bowl match ups.
* I would be remiss to forget next Saturday, CBS will air the traditional final non-bowl game of the season, with the Army-Navy classic in Philadelphia next Saturday at 3PM.
