MLB National TV Schedule 4/29 - 5/5

This week an NL East showdown is the feature series of the week with three (of four) games featuring the Nationals and the Braves airing nationally.  ESPN will air two games midweek on Monday and Wednesday night.  Wednesdays game will feature an experiment as Sean McDonough will be in the booth by himself, while analysts Doug Glanville and Mark Mulder will be in the opposing teams dugout for analysis.

MLB Network will air Nats-Braves as one of its two showcase games this week on Thursday.  Bob Costas and John Smoltz will be on the call in St. Louis (Reds-Cards) on Tuesday and Costas and Jim Kaat will be in Atlanta on Thursday night.  The Dodgers travel to San Francisco against the defending champion Giants this weekend, with a local simulcast on MLBN Saturday night and wrap up the weeks schedule on Sunday Night Baseball.
