The Mike D'Antoni era starts in LA tonight on NBA TV for the NBA Fan Night selection as the Lakers host the Spurs.  ESPN has dual coverage on the week and a TNT Thursday night twinbill with the national debut at the Barclays Center as the Nets host the Celtics and the Heat will be in Denver.
